Old Business:
We had no Fun Day due to rain. We
will save everything in hopes of having one
in 2011.
We received a thank you The Bleecker Community Church for our donation.
The Plaques for the Poker Run are in the display case at the Fish & Game Club.
Mark got prices for sweatshirts , we will be deciding before next season on whether to purchase them.
New Business:
Fynch Pryne Property- there is an easement for this and as long as DEC accepts, we will have that trail back. It will not be a paid trail. We will have to groom this trail. We will also have keys to the gates and be responsible for opening and closing them.
Chuck has got approval to use our purchase of the new skandik towards our funding.
He also talked to someone from the state and was told that we should be able to go in and fix bridges as long as we do not reconstruct them, or change the size.
Adopt a Highway- April 25th 8:00 am, meet at Bleecker Fish & Game Club. Any one interested in helping , please come. It only takes about an hour and a half of your time. Your help is appreciated.
Chuck needs grooming logs.
Super Raffle ticket need to be handed in ASAP. We need them before the Forum on April 16th.
Next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for May 5th, 7:30 pm at the Bleecker Fish & Game Club.

Poker Run went well.
We received a thank you from Nick
Stoner Trailers for maintaining their portion of trails after our
poker run.
New Business:
We participated in the Nick Stoner Trailer Poker Run and had
the club with the most members attending. We will be receiving a
check. It was suggested to donate the money back to Nick Stoner as
an appreciation for providing us with material for bridges.
FUN DAY ON THE LAKE- March 13
th , Bleecker Fish & Game Club,registration 10-11 am.There are four events. $3.00 per child. Helmets are required. Be back at Fish & Game Club with time sheets by 2:30. Trophies and ribbons will be awarded.
Proceeds from Our Poker Run will be donated to the Meco Fire Department, the Caroga Lake Fire Department and to the Bleecker Community Church.
Our shirt sale went so well, we are going to look into sweatshirts for next season.
We are going to be selling our 1999 Skandic. Checking blue book for price.
Bridge work- discussed doing this before hunting season. Maybe even working on them the same day we do the adopt a highway.
Forum- April 16-18 in Syracuse. Anyone interested in going, may attend.

Old Business:
Christmas party- We served 57 dinners at the Pine Lake Lodge. Dave Cosselman won the 50/50.
Chuck and Paul went to the Grooming Show in Salsbury on January 16th, but there were no used drags.
Poker Run- Voted to go to rain Date of February 20th. We will post cancellation or reschedule date on the website and in the newspaper. Trophies are ready for pick-up.
New Business:
Special Meeting is scheduled for February 17th at the Bleecker Fish & Game Club at 7:00 pm. To discuss the poker run.
Paul C. Transported grooming sleds for maintenance. In the process his axle broke on his trailer. A motion to have the club pay for the new axle was brought up. The Club voted to do this.
There are books at both gas tanks to log your mileage and approximately how much gas you put into your grooming sled.
We have someone interested in buying one of our Skandic sleds. Jamie has his name. At the end of the season we will decide whether this is something we are interested in.
Fun Day- still scheduled for March 13th
on Lake Edward. More information will be posted as the event gets closer.NYS is short on money so they are trying to take 30% of our funding.

Special Meeting
January 20th, 2010
This meeting was to discuss the Poker Run. We are going to wait until our meeting on February 3rd to decide whether we are going to go to our rain date or not.
We have some of our donations already and more are to be collected soon. There will be table raffles and a 50/50.
We will be giving out 6 Trophies- Youngest rider, Oldest Male and Female Rider, person from the farthest distance, Oldest machine, Most members from a Club
Pecks Lake has covered the cost of our trophies. Thanks.
Our Poker Hand pay outs will be, Adult $100, $75, and $50 Child $50, $30 and $20
We will need some individuals to man a few road crossings, if interested please contact Mark Cosselman, our President.
We are going to run an ad in the PennySaver for $36.00. There will also be an ad in the Leader Herald. Please be sure to check our TRAIL CONDITION section on our Website for information about cancellation or rain date information.
Registration will begin at 9:00 am on February 6th, 2010 at the Bleecker Fish & Game
Club. Maps will be available. Please Ride Responsibly.

November 17th, 2009 6:30 pm Special Directors Meeting
Attendance: Mark Cosselman, Paul Cosselman, Jamie Cosselman, Albie Peck, Chuck Rose, Shari Rose
This meeting was called to discuss and vote on the purchase of a new grooming sled. It was a unanimous vote by all to purchase the new sled.
We discussed our options for a new drag and will further the discussion at our December 2nd meeting after some prices are collected.
While we were all together we discussed our lumber supply for bridge repairs. It was decided to order wood, since repair season is here and we are very low.
Jamie Cosselman has talked to the Chamber of Commerce about trail maps. We will be joining the Chamber. This will give us a link on our Snow Rovers Website to access the snowmobile trail map. When available, we can also pick up maps at the Chamber to hand out to snowmobile riders. We will keep you advised as to when this is available.
Mark Cosselman has been informed of the new owners of the Finch and Pryme land in our area. He is going to try to get in touch with them and see if we can reopen the old club trail.
Jamie Cosselman also brought to out attention that Don VanAlstine donated a Strobe light to the Club for use on our grooming sleds. Thanks to Don for that donation. The club appreciates your donation.

1- Director position- One nomination for Albie Peck. There were no other nominations. Albie Peck Accepted nomination. Unanimous vote by all members present to put Albie in Director position.

Both accepted to keep positions. Unanimous vote by all members present.
Vice President- One nomination for Dave Livingston. There were no other nominations. Dave accepted nomination. Unanimous vote by all members present to put Dave in VP position.
President- One nomination for Mark Cosselman. There were no other nominations. Mark Accepted nomination. A vote by all members by a show of hands (2-17) voted to put mark in President position.

Fuel tanks fille.
November 28th -Sleds in for servicing.
Members are looking for maps of trails. They should be available by Chamber soon. They are just going to print. The maps cover Fulton & Montgomery Counties.

Landowner Appreciation Dinner- We held the dinner at the Sport Island Pub, there were 26 in attendance.

New Business:
We will be having a Poker Run this year. The date will be February 6th with a rain date of February 20th. The Run will start and stop at the Bleecker Fish and Game Club with registration between 9:00am and 12:00pm. We will be running this through Caroga Lake with eight additional stops before returning to the Club. Maps will be available on the day of the Poker Run.
Bridge work planned for Sunday September13th, bridge behind Dave Livingston’s is the location for this day. Extra manpower is always needed.
Mark is going to check on getting hay for water holes.
Grooming Sleds to be serviced staring in November. Dave Livingston needs strobe light for his groomer. Steve Cosselman’s jack need attention.
Adopt a Highway- Sunday, October 4th 8:00 am, meet by Sawdust Café.
Gas- Going to try Mohawk Valley Heating this year. We will top off tanks in November.
CPR and First Aid Course- Club members interested in taking this course, can contact Jamie Cosselman 725-3316. First set of classes are September 21st and 22nd at the Fish and Game Club from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. This is a seven hour course and is paid for by the Club.

Chuck talked to Dave Briot regarding poker run, he sees no problem with having one again since we used to have one before and never had a problem. More discussion in September.
We also have a check coming from Nick Stoner Trailers for the most riders from a Club to participate in their Poker Run.
Cindy Spraker was at our meeting and said the Fish & Game Club would house the event ( a member will rent the Club for the event) with wrist bands being issued to participants identifying those of drinking age and those not. We will have more information after we meet on September 7
th for our first meeting of the season.Peck Lake Bridge project will start in August, anyone interested in helping contact Paul Cosselman or Brian Pratt. It is still a go.
Landowner Appreciation Dinner- We will schedule this for a Friday night in late August. More information to follow upon scheduling.

Jimmy would like to thank the nine members that helped with the adopt a highway program on Sunday May 3
rd on Highway 309 in Bleecker.Peck Lake Bridge project will start in August, anyone interested in helping contact Paul Cosselman or Brian Pratt.
New Business:
Mark Cosselman would like to have a Poker Run again, We will start and stop at the Fish and Game Club, we will try to have 8 stops available but only five will be required. We will be checking with Nick Stoner Trailers to make sure we do not interfere with their annual event and with local restaurants and stores to make sure that they would like to be a stop on our run, since we only have a few stops in our area. We will also check with the Fire Depts. to see if they would be crossing guards for certain areas. We talked about having participants sign a waiver at the time of registration for Liability purposes.
Chuck is going to talk to Dave Brio before next meeting.

Chuck talked to Brian about Website, he is going to set it up so Chuck can access sections of the site and input information and update information as needed. We are going to have a trail condition section, so snowmobilers can check the site for the latest conditions of our trails and whether they are open or closed.
We need a bill for the concrete blocks for bridge built by sand pit.
Appreciation dinner for landowners will be planned for August. More discussion at next meeting.

used to the website.
Enclosed you will find the schedule for our monthly meetings, you may want to check out our website for any changes or cancellations. Please feel free to attend any of our meetings. You thoughts and ideas are always welcome.
Remember to register your sleds early, since our funding for maintaining the trails depends upon our registrations.
Our NYSSA Super Raffle tickets are not available yet, but as soon as they are we will forward some to each member with a return envelope for money and tickets. Remember one-half of this money stays with the Club.
